2025年6月〜2026年2月まで、大津北商工会にて、全10回のスクール形式で新商品開発、既存商品ブラッシュアップの講師を勤めることになりました。 事業者における新商品開発の際も、全てが決まってから「最後に外注するものが　デザイン」ではなく、 リサーチから、今企業内にあるリソースを最大限に活かしながら、誰に向けて何を作るのか、サービスを考えることから、商品開発、売り場のデザインまで、その全てが「デザイン」であります。 ものづくりの事業者にとって、デザインは遠いものではなく、 それらの仕事の多くは実は「デザイン」です。 このスクールでは、事業者自身が自律的に考え、商品開発し、デザインができるように、私の力でどこまでできるかわかりませんがやることになりました。 I will be teaching a 10-session school-style course on new product development and product refining for existing products. 選りすぐりの近江牛の精肉加工時に骨を外す工程があります。 丁寧な職人の技術で骨に残るうまみの十分なお肉をせせり取り、牛骨とともに地元産の野菜、厳選した昆布で煮出したスープです。 この商品は、冷凍スープということでデザインできる幅が狭かったのですが、 「骨まわり肉を無駄にしない」ということを 「シールラベルを無駄にしない」へ置き換えて、 牛のシルエットは背面では成分表示ラベルに活用しました。 ラベルは縦横の面積で価格が決まってしまいます。 一枚のラベルを両面に使い、コストも抑えることにも繋がりました。 近江八幡市のふるさと納税でも、注文が増えていおり「パッケージが明快でかわいらしく商品内容を反映させている」というお声をいただいたりと非常に好評だそうです。 During the butchering process of selected Omi beef, there is a process of removing the bones. The price of a label is determined by its vertical and horizontal area. Using a single label on both sides also helped to reduce costs. 長浜市にあるパン屋ポムドテールの源八ラスクのデザインです。パン職人こだわりの生地から作るラスク。種類も多いですが最小限の資材で対応できるシステムを作りました。ギフトボックスはパンの形をしています。This is a design of Genpachi rusk from bakery Pomme de Terre in Nagahama, Shiga Prefecture. These rusks are made from dough with the baker's special care. There are many different flavors, but we have created a system that can handle a minimum amount of packaging materials. The gift box is in the shape of a loaf of bread.

リノベーションエキスポ大阪の公式ポスターのデザインです。建築空間で文字を形成したデザインとしました。This is the design for the official poster of Renovation Expo Osaka. The design was made to form letters in architectural space.

滋賀県産のジャンボレモンを使った、ダックワーズのデザインです。滋賀のナンバープレートはイナズマナンバーと言われたりするので、イナズマダックワーズと名付けられました。雲の下に閃光がきらめくイメージでデザインしました。This is a design for duck wares using jumbo lemons produced in Shiga Prefecture. The Shiga license plate is sometimes referred to as the Inazuma license plate, so it was named Inazuma Duckwars. The design is based on the image of a sparkling flash of light under the clouds.

「枝」を意味する店名のロゴデザイン。花屋さんでありますので「枝、森、花」そのどれもを感じさせる明るいデザインとしました。 Logo design for a store name meaning “branch. As a florist, the logo is bright and evocative of “branches, forests, and flowers. 为一个意为 “枝条 ”的店名设计徽标。 作为一家花店，徽标色彩明亮，令人联想到 “树枝、森林和鲜花”。

近江米粉は滋賀県の近江米を使った米粉です。ロゴデザインやパッケージデザインを担当しました。Omi Rice Flour is a rice flour made from Omi rice in Shiga Prefecture. We were in charge of logo design and package design.

滋賀銀行のデビットカードのプロポーザルデザイン案です。琵琶湖の上と琵琶湖の下をテーマに２種類デザインしました。上は夕日、下は水中をイメージしたシンプルながら目を引くデザインです。This is a proposal design proposal for a debit card for Shiga Bank. Two designs were created based on the theme of above Lake Biwa and below Lake Biwa. The upper design is a simple but eye-catching image of a sunset, while the lower design is an underwater image.
