小林ファームのPOP看板を作成しました。誠実な野菜作りをされている農家の良さを素朴な木製看板にしました。We created a POP signboard for Kobayashi Farm. We made a rustic wooden sign to show the goodness of a farmer who grows vegetables with sincerity.

都会的で女性的なイメージで全体を構成しながら、固すぎずない柔軟性を持った家具です。 ビーチのナチュラルカラーと、奥行きのある上品な色の組み合わせにより、カジュアルでありながら、 上質で存在感のあるイメージを大切にした家具のシリーズです。 Nissen Design Award 2006:1st.prize

これは、鹿児島県産、宮崎県産、愛知県一色産などの国内産のうなぎを使用したうなぎの蒲焼オイル漬けです。 鮎のオイル漬けの兄弟商品となりますが、より高価であるため高級感を増す装飾を施したデザインとしています。 常温で3年間保存できるため、食べたい時にそのままでも、またはトースターなどで軽く焼くと、さらにおいしく召し上がれます。 This is an oil-pickled eel made from domestically produced eels such as those from Kagoshima, Miyazaki, and Isshiki in Aichi Prefecture. It is a sibling product of oil-pickled ayu fish, but since it is more expensive, it is designed with decorations that add a sense of luxury. 長浜ごえん百貨店のロゴデザインと企画です。長浜のいいものを集めて日本橋のここしがで催事をしました。5円玉を落として良いことが起きるご縁くださいボックスも作成しました。 Logo design and planning for Nagahama Goen Department Store. We also created a box in which you can drop a 5-yen coin and something good will happen to you. 为 Nagahama Goen 百货公司设计和规划徽标。 我们还制作了一个盒子，投下一枚五元硬币，就会有好事发生。

香港で開催のドラえもん展に出展した作品です。ドラえもんは引き出しから登場して様々な夢を叶えてくれました。そんな自分の大切な夢や品物を入れておく大切な引き出しです。This work was exhibited at the Doraemon exhibition in Hong Kong. Doraemon appeared from a drawer and made various dreams come true. This is an important drawer where I keep my precious dreams and items.

陶芸家　小川顕三氏と小川記一氏のブランドディレクションを担当しました。 陶芸家のお二人に対し、まず、作品から印象を得た二色のコンセプトカラーを設定しました。 その二色を、名刺から、リーフレット、ホームページに至るまで、対比的に使用することで、お互いを引き立てあうように計画しました。

選りすぐりの近江牛の精肉加工時に骨を外す工程があります。 丁寧な職人の技術で骨に残るうまみの十分なお肉をせせり取り、牛骨とともに地元産の野菜、厳選した昆布で煮出したスープです。 この商品は、冷凍スープということでデザインできる幅が狭かったのですが、 「骨まわり肉を無駄にしない」ということを 「シールラベルを無駄にしない」へ置き換えて、 牛のシルエットは背面では成分表示ラベルに活用しました。 ラベルは縦横の面積で価格が決まってしまいます。 一枚のラベルを両面に使い、コストも抑えることにも繋がりました。 近江八幡市のふるさと納税でも、注文が増えていおり「パッケージが明快でかわいらしく商品内容を反映させている」というお声をいただいたりと非常に好評だそうです。 During the butchering process of selected Omi beef, there is a process of removing the bones. The silhouette of the beef on the back of the label is a symbol of the beef's health, The silhouette of a cow was used for the ingredient label on the back. The price of a label is determined by its vertical and horizontal area. Using a single label on both sides also helped to reduce costs. 2025年6月〜2026年2月まで、大津北商工会にて、全10回のスクール形式で新商品開発、既存商品ブラッシュアップの講師を勤めることになりました。 事業者における新商品開発の際も、全てが決まってから「最後に外注するものが　デザイン」ではなく、 リサーチから、今企業内にあるリソースを最大限に活かしながら、誰に向けて何を作るのか、サービスを考えることから、商品開発、売り場のデザインまで、その全てが「デザイン」であります。 ものづくりの事業者にとって、デザインは遠いものではなく、 それらの仕事の多くは実は「デザイン」です。 このスクールでは、事業者自身が自律的に考え、商品開発し、デザインができるように、私の力でどこまでできるかわかりませんがやることになりました。 I will be teaching a 10-session school-style course on new product development and product refining for existing products. 鹿児島の焼酎のパッケージデザインです。設計の条件としてアルミパウチを使用すること、銘柄をシールで表示することがありました。 酒屋のイメージと言えば前掛けなので、前掛けと桜島をデザインしたラベルをパウチにぐるっと巻くパッケージとしました。様々な銘柄に対応するため、商品を書いた説明紙をラベルで貼ることができる方法を考えました。立体感があり、見栄えのするデザインです。 パウチの銀色を活かし上部の桜島からは銀の噴煙が上がっているように見せます。無愛想なアルミパウチの良さを引き出すデザインを心がけました。ギフト箱もインディゴのテクスチャーで窓から中身が見えるようにしました。 This is a package design for Kagoshima shochu. The design requirements were to use an aluminum pouch and to display the brand name with a sticker. Since the image of a liquor store is that of a front hanging, we decided to use a package that wraps a label with a design of a front hanging and Sakurajima around the pouch. In order to accommodate a variety of brands, we came up with a method that allows the label to be attached to an explanatory paper with the product written on it. The design has a three-dimensional feel and looks great. The silver color of the pouch makes it look like a silver plume rising from Sakurajima at the top. We tried to create a design that would bring out the best of the bland aluminum pouch. 这是鹿儿岛烧酒的包装设计。 设计条件是使用铝制小袋，并用贴纸标明品牌名称。 酒铺的形象是正面悬挂，因此包装设计的标签上印有正面悬挂和樱岛的图案，并将酒袋包裹起来。 为了适应各种品牌，我们想出了一种方法，可以将标签贴在写有产品说明的纸上。 这种设计具有立体效果，看起来很不错。 包装袋采用银色，看上去就像从樱岛顶部升起的银色翎羽。 我们努力创造一种设计，使不起眼的铝制小袋发挥出最大的作用。
