BtoBばかりで商品開発をしたことがない企業や、事業で出る廃棄物をどうにかしたい。今までのスタイルに行き詰まりを感じている企業、これからの後継者のために新しく事業を立ち上げたい。
様々なお悩みを商品開発という軸で解決してゆくプロジェクトを2025年4月より行なってきました。
私がいなくなった後も、事業者が自律的に商品を開発して行けることを目指しながら、伴走をしますが、自走を促すためにやっています。

帽子、铁艺焊接、树脂加工、木制佛像、以及从湖中采集的玻璃制品……

ブランドロゴをはじめとする、ブランド構築を担当しました。

nasow
nasowはnatural soft woodの略でゴム素材と木屑、貝殻、様々な廃材を練りこんだ新素材です。リブランディングとプロダクトデザインを担当しました。独特の弾力のある素材の良さを引き出したデザインです。nasow stands for "natural soft wood," a new material made of rubber, wood chips, seashells, and various scrap wood. We rebranded and designed the product. The design brings out the best of the unique elasticity of the material.

DEN-EN KITCHEN
den-en kitchen ロゴデザイン。おうみ福祉会の新施設、きみいろ内に併設されたden-en kitchen(田園キッチン)のロゴデザインを担当しました。田んぼの田を両手で抱き抱えるような暖かさを感じさせるデザインです。のどかな田園風景に溶け込むカフェは、どなたでもご利用頂けます。Logo design for den-en kitchen.We designed the logo for den-en kitchen (Den-en kitchen), which is located in Kimiiro, a new facility of Ohmi Fukushi Kai.The design evokes a warm feeling of embracing the rice paddies with both hands.
The café blends into the peaceful countryside and is open to everyone.

和紙でできたノート豆腐一帳のロゴデザイン。
エッジがピンとしつつも、中身はやわらかい、そんな豆腐のような手作り感のあるロゴを目指してデザインしました。

SAISIR
SAISIRはサカエヤに併設されたフレンチレストランです。SAISIRは掴むという意味であり、象形文字の牛の文字にヒントを得ながら、ナイフのようなロゴマークのデザインとしました。SAISIR is a French restaurant attached to Sakaeya, and the logo mark was designed to look like a knife, inspired by the hieroglyphic character for cow, SAISIR meaning "to grasp.

BIWAKO SHAMPOO & RINSE
これはシャンプーとリンスのデザインです。琵琶湖にも優しい、人にも優しい原料でできており、100%自然に分解される厳選素材を使用しております。売り上げの一部を琵琶湖の環境保全にも役立てています。This is a shampoo and conditioner design. They are made of carefully selected ingredients that are both friendly to Lake Biwa and to people, and are 100% naturally degradable. A portion of the proceeds is also used to help preserve the environment of Lake Biwa.

SHIGA BANK DAVID CARD
滋賀銀行のデビットカードのプロポーザルデザイン案です。琵琶湖の上と琵琶湖の下をテーマに２種類デザインしました。上は夕日、下は水中をイメージしたシンプルながら目を引くデザインです。This is a proposal design proposal for a debit card for Shiga Bank. Two designs were created based on the theme of above Lake Biwa and below Lake Biwa. The upper design is a simple but eye-catching image of a sunset, while the lower design is an underwater image.

UIROMOCHI
「和た与」のういろ餅のパッケージリニューアルです。こちらのういろは、米粉を使用していることから米の形をあしらっています。包装紙を開くとわかるようなデザインです。一つは抹茶と白、もう一つは黒糖をあらわし、中身を表現したものです。This is a package renewal of Uiro rice cake of "Wata-yo". This Uiro is decorated with the shape of rice because it is made of rice flour. The design can be recognized by opening the wrapping paper. One is a matcha green tea and white, and the other is brown sugar, representing the contents of the rice cake.

UDCBK
UDCBK（アーバンデザインセンターびわこ・くさつ）は、草津の未来のまちのデザインを考えるために、
大学（教職員や学生）、企業（経営者や通勤者）、行政（国や県や市の職員）の人々が、
草津に住む市民の方々と気軽に自由に話し合い、交流する場所として南草津駅前に生まれました。
様々な人がここを拠点に交わり、その中から様々な事が発展的に広がっていく。
この場所は言うなれば「未来創造交差点」であると考えました。
様々な道が交差し、つながり、そして広がってゆく様子をロゴマークとしてデザインしました。
UDCBKの文字がそれぞれ道のようになっており、ジャンクションになっています。
グラデーションの色は、様々な考えや、アクション、動きを表現しています。
