琵琶湖のレイクグラスを展示するミュージアムとして、米原駅の構内にあるびわこ一周レンタサイクルに設置しました。自転車でビワイチをしながら琵琶湖に立ち寄ってもらいレイクグラスを探してほしい。そして持ち帰ってきたものを展示できるスペースです。This museum displays Lake Biwa lake glass and is located on the Biwako round-the-bike rental bicycle located in the premises of Maibara Station. We want people to stop by Lake Biwa while doing the Biwaichi by bicycle and look for lake glass. This is a space where they can then display the items they bring back.

近江八幡丁稚羊羹の老舗「和た与」の丁稚羊羹のパッケージデザインです。シンプルながら老舗の羊羹らしく伝統と新しさを融合させたデザインとしています。This is the package design of "Wata-yo", a long-established Omi-Hachiman Decchi-Yokan. The design is simple, but it is a fusion of tradition and novelty, as if it is a yokan made by a long-established store.

赤坂サカスで開催されたCool Kyoto2011に間接照明用のLED「ウィルライン」を展示するためのブースのデザインを担当しました。 京都らしいアイデンティティと、ブースに強化ダンボールを用いることを求められました。 強化ダンボールの特性を活かし、美しい光の陰影を表現し、全体を統合させるデザインを考えました。 あかりの縦格子 間接照明によって強化ダンボールの縦格子を照らし出します。 狭く小さなスペースでありますが、遠くからでも目を引く空間的な展示什器としています。 LEDの商品をそのままただ見せるのではなく、どのようにLEDの効果があるのかを見せるものとし、 落ち着きのある美しい陰影をダンボールで描き出す事に成功しました。 LEDはあくまでも脇役であり、引き立たせるべきもの、照らし出すべきものを配置しました。

今年で８回目を迎える滋賀県高島市の「ええもの」を集めたコンテスト「高島ええものグランプリ」のリニューアルブランディングに関わりました。 受賞者は「センスがええ」ということで、トロフィー代わりに高島扇子が贈呈されました。 最高金賞に選ばれたのは、とも栄さんの「ふなずしxベイクド羊羹」の”ふなチー”です。 滋賀の人って、本当に鮒寿司を美味しくすることに執念を燃やしています！これが鮒寿司なの？っていうくらい美味しいもの沢山あります。これも、チーズ不使用なのに濃厚チーズケーキそのもので、審査員絶賛でした。 他にも金賞の発酵ドルチェ米シュワグルトも鮒寿司を作る際の飯から作られたヨーグルトです。 その他の金賞には、和ろうそくの大與さんは有名ですが、高島発アウトドアブランドの業界最小クラスの焚火台や、琵琶湖の宝石と呼ばれるビワマスひつまぶし、メタセコイアのブラウニーケーキなど、ユニークな商品が揃いました。 審査委員長も近年稀に見るハイレベルとおっしゃっていました。 We were involved in the renewal branding of the contest that featured "ehimono" (good things) from Takashima City, Shiga Prefecture, which is now in its 8th year. Other Gold Award winners included Ooyo, a well-known Japanese candle maker, the smallest fire pit in the industry from an outdoor brand from Takashima, Biwa trout hittomabushi, the jewel of Lake Biwa, metasequoia brownie cake, and many other unique products. 2008年日仏交流150周年記念ロゴマークの応募案です。日本国旗とフランス国旗の融合をデザインしました。This is a proposal for a logo mark to commemorate the 150th anniversary of Japan-France relations in 2008. The design is a fusion of the Japanese and French flags.

7月2日は、元日から182日、大晦日まで同じく182日。 “一年のまんなかの日（=MIDDAY）”である7月2日を「ミッドデイ（まんなかの日）」と名付け、新しい半年の始まりをお祝いするイベントが東京MIDTOWNで開催されます。 その中で、1年の初めのご挨拶である「年賀状」にちなみ、新たな半年の初めに「半賀状」を送ることを提案する企画があります。 HAPPY HALF BOX内で、日本のトップクリエイターとTokyo Midtown Award出身の作家15組がデザインした「半賀状」が展示されます。 ＜作品コンセプト＞ 「僕の前に道はない僕の後ろに道は出来る。」高村光太郎氏の詩です。 道の向こうにある一本の木と広がる空。 一本の木は両手を広げた私の頭であるかもしれない。 一年の半分。 人生もまだ、道半ば。 今日の一日を大切にしたい。 というメッセージを表現しました。

近江八幡市で、社会福祉法人　おうみ福祉会の新しい建物が５月に開所しました。 その建物は「きみいろ」と言います。きみいろは日本語であなたの色という意味です。 作業所に訪れる人、それぞれの個性が彩る家族のような場所。そんなイメージかもしれません。今回、内部のサインを担当させていただきました。その「きみいろ」＝「君色」というネーミングから、キャンバスに絵の具で描いたような、にじみと温かみのあるサインとすることを思いつきました。ここでは「せんべい」も作っており、せんべいルームのサインも作りました。A new building of Ohmi Fukushi Kai social welfare corporation opened in May in Ohmi-Hachiman City.The building is called "Kimiiro. Kimiiro means "your color" in Japanese.It is a family-like place where the individuality of each person who visits the workshop adds color to the place. That may be the image of this building.This time, I was in charge of the interior signage.From the name "Kimiiro" = "Kimiiro," we came up with the idea of making the signage blotchy and warm, as if painted on a canvas. We also make "senbei" here, so we created a sign for the senbei room.

近江牛のコンビーフと味噌漬けのパッケージデザインです。パッケージの厚紙を展開すると牛の姿が消えます。This is a package design for Omi beef corned beef and miso marinated beef. When the cardboard of the package is unfolded, the cow disappears.

78は米焼酎です。78のステンレスコップにデザインを合わせた焼酎です。78 is a rice shochu; the design of this shochu matches the stainless steel cup of 78.
