AYU, SALT-GRILLED FLAKES
あゆの塩焼きをほぐした瓶詰めです。高級感を大切に、塩焼きであったことを引用し、竹串で封印をしています。紙も四角い金のマスがキラキラ見えるものを選択しています。This is a jar of ayu fish unglazed with salt. To emphasize the importance of luxury, it is sealed with a bamboo skewer, citing that it was grilled with salt. The paper is also selected to show a square gold square with glittering gold squares.

松本雄樹家具製作所のロゴマークをデザインしました。ノミのようで暖かい家のようで、手作り感のあるマークとしています。We designed a logo mark for Yuki Matsumoto Furniture Manufacturing. The mark is designed to look like a chisel and a warm house, with a handmade feel.

BtoBばかりで商品開発をしたことがない企業や、事業で出る廃棄物をどうにかしたい。今までのスタイルに行き詰まりを感じている企業、これからの後継者のために新しく事業を立ち上げたい。
様々なお悩みを商品開発という軸で解決してゆくプロジェクトを2025年4月より行なってきました。
私がいなくなった後も、事業者が自律的に商品を開発して行けることを目指しながら、伴走をしますが、自走を促すためにやっています。

MASU of Shiga
滋賀県産のびわ湖材を用いたノベルティ用のひのき枡のデザインです。
枡で日本酒を飲む機会も減りましたが、日本酒を木の枡で飲むと木の香りがお酒に移り一味違った楽しみ方ができます。この巻き紙にはその楽しみ方を前面に出して記述しています。
巻き紙を取るとシールが貼られています。
そのシールを剥がすと、枡にレーザー刻印された滋賀のモチーフが現れます。モチーフは4種類ありますが何種類あるかは記されていません。何が出るかはお楽しみということにしました。SNSなどで調べると何種類あるのかもわかったり、調べたくなる、シェアしたくなる仕組みとしました。単なる押しつけのノベルティにならないよう、日本酒を楽しんでもらう、心に残る体験デザインとして考えたものです。
Hinoki Masu is a novelty item designed using Biwako wood from Shiga Prefecture. Masu is a vessel for drinking sake.
Although the number of occasions to drink sake with wooden Masu has decreased, drinking sake with wooden sake cups offers a different way to enjoy the sake, as the aroma of the wood is transferred to the sake. This paper roll describes how to enjoy sake in a different way.
When you take off the paper roll, you will find a sticker attached to it.
When the sticker is removed, the Shiga motif laser-engraved on the Masu is revealed. There are four different motifs, but the number of motifs is not indicated. The idea was to make people want to check and share the information by checking on social networking sites. We did not want this to be a mere novelty item, but rather a memorable experience designed to encourage people to enjoy sake.
新颖的桧木 Masu 设计采用滋贺县的琵琶湖木材。 Masu 是喝清酒的容器。
虽然用木制 Masu 喝清酒的机会较少，但用木制 Masu 喝清酒时，木头的香气会传递到清酒中，给人一种与众不同的享受。 这个纸卷描述的就是这种品酒方式。
取下纸卷后，会贴上一张贴纸。
撕下贴纸后，马苏上激光雕刻的滋贺图案就会显现出来。 共有四个不同的图案，但没有说明有多少个。 我们的想法是让人们可以通过社交网站轻松查找到有哪些图案，并让人们愿意查找这些图案并与他人分享。 设计的初衷是让人们享受清酒带来的难忘体验，而不仅仅是一种勉强的新奇感。

nasowはnatural soft woodの略でゴム素材と木屑、貝殻、様々な廃材を練りこんだ新素材です。リブランディングとプロダクトデザインを担当しました。独特の弾力のある素材の良さを引き出したデザインです。nasow stands for "natural soft wood," a new material made of rubber, wood chips, seashells, and various scrap wood. We rebranded and designed the product. The design brings out the best of the unique elasticity of the material.

Oiled EEL
これは、鹿児島県産、宮崎県産、愛知県一色産などの国内産のうなぎを使用したうなぎの蒲焼オイル漬けです。
鮎のオイル漬けの兄弟商品となりますが、より高価であるため高級感を増す装飾を施したデザインとしています。
常温で3年間保存できるため、食べたい時にそのままでも、またはトースターなどで軽く焼くと、さらにおいしく召し上がれます。
This is an oil-pickled eel made from domestically produced eels such as those from Kagoshima, Miyazaki, and Isshiki in Aichi Prefecture.
It is a sibling product of oil-pickled ayu fish, but since it is more expensive, it is designed with decorations that add a sense of luxury.
It can be stored at room temperature for three years, so it can be enjoyed as is when you want to eat it, or lightly grilled in a toaster for an even better taste.
这是一种油腌鳗鱼，由爱知县鹿儿岛、宫崎和伊势的家养鳗鱼制成。
它是油腌香鱼的同类产品，但由于价格较高，因此在设计上采用了装饰性设计，增加了豪华感。
它可以在室温下保存三年，所以想吃的时候可以直接享用，或者用烤面包机轻轻烤一下，味道会更好。

INAZUMA DACQUOISE
滋賀県産のジャンボレモンを使った、ダックワーズのデザインです。滋賀のナンバープレートはイナズマナンバーと言われたりするので、イナズマダックワーズと名付けられました。雲の下に閃光がきらめくイメージでデザインしました。This is a design for duck wares using jumbo lemons produced in Shiga Prefecture. The Shiga license plate is sometimes referred to as the Inazuma license plate, so it was named Inazuma Duckwars. The design is based on the image of a sparkling flash of light under the clouds.

Hikizuri Bell Manjyu
三井寺の有名な饅頭です。その昔弁慶がひきづったとされる鐘がモチーフになっています。一つの箱で何種類もの中身に対応できるようパッケージシステムを考えました。わかりやすいように封印のシールで中身も伝えています。It is a famous bun of Mitsui Temple. The motif is a bell said to have been pulled by Benkei in the old days. We designed the packaging system so that a single box can be used for several kinds of contents. The contents are also indicated with a seal for easy identification.

chamochi
わかりやすくお茶の鉄瓶を描き、紙を重ねた抜き窓からその姿を覗かせます。
箱の上下にはほうじ茶をイメージした茶色い茶葉を描いています。
ほうじ茶のイメージで焦茶と金（黄土色の部分）インクを使い、ニスも使って茶葉や落款模様を描きます。
輪郭をまとった蓋を開くと鉄瓶も茶葉も見えなくなり、蓋の一枚を重ね合わせることでモチーフが切り取られるデザインとしています。
そうなると、茶瓶の蓋の取手に見えたものは、最澄の坐禅の姿のようであり、最澄を中心とし、光を周囲に放っていることをニスで表現しています。
滋賀は日本茶発祥の地とされており、延暦寺を開いたとされる最澄が唐より種子を持ち帰り、比叡山麓の大津・坂本に 植えたことが日本茶の始まりといわれています。
そこで、ページの端には比叡山延暦寺を描き、最澄の言葉である「一隅を照らす」である隅から伸びる光を表現しています。
その言葉の意味は一人ひとりがその場を大切にし、努力することで、社会全体を明るくできるという考え方です。
そこまで気が付く人はいないと思いますが、デザインに忍ばせたメッセージです。
An iron tea kettle is drawn clearly, with its shape peeking through a window made of layered paper.
Brown tea leaves are drawn on the top and bottom of the box, evoking the image of roasted green tea.
Dark brown and gold (ochre parts) ink is used to evoke the image of roasted green tea, and the tea leaves and seal pattern are drawn using varnish as well.
When the outlined lid is opened, neither the kettle nor the tea leaves are visible, and the motif is cut out by overlapping one lid over the other.
铁壶轮廓清晰，透过叠纸上的小窗，可见壶身轮廓。
盒子的上下绘有棕色茶叶，令人联想到焙茶。
盒子采用深棕色和金色（部分为赭石色）墨水绘制，令人联想到焙茶，茶叶图案和印章则以清漆绘制。
打开勾勒轮廓的壶盖，壶身和茶叶均不可见，图案被叠纸镂空。

CHINDON FESTIVAL
第67回全日本チンドンコンクールのポスターデザイン案です。賑やかな音が聞こえて来そうな立体的で動きのあるデザインとしました。「ちんどん」の文字が描かれています。This is a poster design for the 67th All Japan Chindon Competition. The design is three-dimensional and full of movement, as if one can hear the lively sound of the chindon. The word "Chindon" is drawn on the poster.
