選りすぐりの近江牛の精肉加工時に骨を外す工程があります。丁寧な職人の技術で骨に残るうまみの十分なお肉をせせり取り、牛骨とともに地元産の野菜、厳選した昆布で煮出したスープです。この商品は、冷凍スープということでデザインできる幅が狭かったのですが、「骨まわり肉を無駄にしない」ということを「シールラベルを無駄にしない」へ置き換えて、牛のシルエットは背面では成分表示ラベルに活用しました。ラベルは縦横の面積で価格が決まってしまいます。一枚のラベルを両面に使い、コストも抑えることにも繋がりました。近江八幡市のふるさと納税でも、注文が増えていおり「パッケージが明快でかわいらしく商品内容を反映させている」というお声をいただいたりと非常に好評だそうです。 During the butchering process of selected Omi beef, there is a process of removing the bones. ご縁まんは、菓匠禄兵衛の商品でおめでたい縁起の良いイメージでパッケージを依頼されました。紅白と金色を用いて「円」と「縁」を掛け合わせて縁起の良いデザインを目指しました。e were asked to create a package for Gohan Man, a product of the confectioner Rokubei, with a festive and auspicious image. We aimed to create an auspicious design by using red, white, and gold colors to cross the words "yen" and "en" together.

NISHITANIDO MISO STEW

京都の老舗西谷堂の京都野菜の味噌煮込みのパッケージデザインです。シルバーのパウチでは味気ないので味噌桶に漬かった中身が一目でわかるパッケージとしました。白味噌と赤味噌があります。This is the package design for Nishitanido's Kyoto vegetable miso stew. A silver pouch would be bland, so we designed a package that allows you to see at a glance what's inside the miso tub. There are white miso and red miso.

近江茶　琵琶湖ほまれのパッケージデザインです。茶の栽培地である、三重県境から琵琶湖まで繋がっているというイメージを水彩画で表現しました。This is the package design for Omi Tea Biwako Homare. The image of the connection from the border of Mie Prefecture to Lake Biwa, where the tea is grown, is expressed in watercolor.

滋賀県民なら誰もが知っている千紀園のCM。千紀園のお茶や抹茶スイーツへのこだわりは並々ならぬものがあり、この度、その千紀園の大福茶のパッケージデザインを担当させていただきました。大福茶(おおぶくちゃ)はお正月に無病息災と幸せを願い飲むお茶です。千紀園と言えば鶴のマークなので、デザインにはあえて亀でいこうと早い段階で思いました。鶴と亀があるとさらにおめでたい感じがするためです。最初は具象的な亀の絵も描いてみたのですが、抽象的であるほうが良いと思い、デザインを抽象化しました。大福茶の文字の周囲にある六角形の形が亀をイメージしたものなのです。蓋をあけると千紀園の鶴が蓋の内側に現れるようにしました。袋タイプの方も、缶のプロポーションをそのまま投影したデザインとしました。 Everyone in Shiga Prefecture is familiar with Senkien's commercials. Daifuku tea is a tea to be drunk at New Year's to wish for good health and happiness. Senkien is known for its crane logo, so I decided at an early stage to use a tortoise in the design. The reason is that having a crane and a turtle on the tea makes it look even more festive. At first, I tried drawing a figurative turtle, but I thought it would be better to make the design abstract. The hexagonal shape around the word "Daifuku-cha" is the image of a turtle. When you open the lid, we made the Senkien crane appear inside the lid. Oobuku-cha is a tea that is drunk on New Year's Day to wish for good health and happiness. Senkien is known for its crane symbol, so I decided to use a turtle for the design. Renovation EXPO OSAKA 2018

リノベーションエキスポ2018大阪のポスターデザイン。「食」をテーマにリノベーションの展示会を大阪南港ATCで開催します。リノベーションを略して「リノベ」の文字を家具や建築として表現しました。製図で描くような幾何学的書体を上にかぶせ、リノベーションの設計感を出しました。

近江米粉は滋賀県の近江米を使った米粉です。ロゴデザインやパッケージデザインを担当しました。Omi Rice Flour is a rice flour made from Omi rice in Shiga Prefecture. We were in charge of logo design and package design.

Hikizuri Bell Manjyu

三井寺の有名な饅頭です。その昔弁慶がひきづったとされる鐘がモチーフになっています。一つの箱で何種類もの中身に対応できるようパッケージシステムを考えました。わかりやすいように封印のシールで中身も伝えています。It is a famous bun of Mitsui Temple. The motif is a bell said to have been pulled by Benkei in the old days. We designed the packaging system so that a single box can be used for several kinds of contents. The contents are also indicated with a seal for easy identification.

３本入りの丁稚羊羹のパッケージリニューアルです。以前のパッケージが包装の手間がかかるということで、風呂敷をモチーフにしつつ、ワンタッチでとじることが可能なパッケージを考案しました。This is a renewal of the packaging for 3-packs of Decchi-Yokan. The previous package was time-consuming to wrap, so we devised a package with a furoshiki (wrapping cloth) motif that can be closed with a single touch.
