高島ええものグランプリ2024のブランディングを担当しました。 今回は受賞者への取材を記事にし、商品を見るだけではわからない作り手の熱い想いやストーリーを大切に伝えようと考え、高島市内の道の駅への集客に新聞折込のB3チラシをデザインしました。また道の駅の専用什器、POPなど売り場のデザインもしました。 また、受賞者へは、「センスがええ」ということで高島産のセンスと賞状、副賞がプレゼントされました。 We were in charge of branding for the Takashima Eemono Grand Prix 2024. This time, we turned interviews with the winners into articles, with the aim of conveying the passion and stories of the makers that cannot be understood just by looking at the products, and designed a B3 flyer to be inserted into newspapers to attract customers to roadside stations in Takashima City. In addition, the winners were presented with Takashima-made products, a certificate, and a prize in recognition of their "good sense. 琵琶湖のほとり、大津北には多彩なクラフターが集っています。 帽子、鉄溶接、樹脂加工、木彫仏像、湖から集めたガラス 異なる素材と技が出会い、 ここでしか生まれない新しい価値を形にしました。 大津北から発信する、唯一無二のクラフトコレクションです。 大津北商工会と一緒に企業の支援をしています。 BtoBばかりで商品開発をしたことがない企業や、事業で出る廃棄物をどうにかしたい。今までのスタイルに行き詰まりを感じている企業、これからの後継者のために新しく事業を立ち上げたい。 様々なお悩みを商品開発という軸で解決してゆくプロジェクトを2025年4月より行なってきました。 私がいなくなった後も、事業者が自律的に商品を開発して行けることを目指しながら、伴走をしますが、自走を促すためにやっています。 2026年2月のギフトショーで発表しました。 Otsu Kita, on the shores of Lake Biwa, is home to a diverse range of crafters. 京都の老舗西谷堂の京都野菜の味噌煮込みのパッケージデザインです。シルバーのパウチでは味気ないので味噌桶に漬かった中身が一目でわかるパッケージとしました。白味噌と赤味噌があります。This is the package design for Nishitanido's Kyoto vegetable miso stew. A silver pouch would be bland, so we designed a package that allows you to see at a glance what's inside the miso tub. There are white miso and red miso.

これはHOP VISAカードリニューアル指名コンペでの案です。滋賀の美しい緑、田園風景を水彩画を用いて表現したものです。手描きの四角い不均一なマス目が重なったりにじんだりして、一つの自然を形成しているようなイメージです。このようなおおらかさこそが滋賀のイメージであり、今までの緑のvisaカードのイメージも踏襲しながら、若々しく優しい、滋賀と、平和堂の空気感を表現できていると思います。This is a watercolor rendering of the beautiful green, rural landscape of Shiga. The image is of hand-painted squares of uneven squares overlapping and blurring to form a single natural feature. This kind of generosity is the image of Shiga, and I think it expresses the youthful and gentle atmosphere of Shiga and Heiwado, while also following the image of the existing green visa cards.

琵琶湖のセタシジミを使ったインスタントの味噌汁です。しじみの殻をデザインとして使いました。高級なしじみなので金色にしています。This instant miso soup is made with Lake Biwa's seta shijimi clam. We used the shells of shijimi clam as a design. The color is gold because of the high quality shijimi clam.

7月2日は、元日から182日、大晦日まで同じく182日。 “一年のまんなかの日（=MIDDAY）”である7月2日を「ミッドデイ（まんなかの日）」と名付け、新しい半年の始まりをお祝いするイベントが東京MIDTOWNで開催されます。 その中で、1年の初めのご挨拶である「年賀状」にちなみ、新たな半年の初めに「半賀状」を送ることを提案する企画があります。 HAPPY HALF BOX内で、日本のトップクリエイターとTokyo Midtown Award出身の作家15組がデザインした「半賀状」が展示されます。 ＜作品コンセプト＞ 「僕の前に道はない僕の後ろに道は出来る。」高村光太郎氏の詩です。 道の向こうにある一本の木と広がる空。 一本の木は両手を広げた私の頭であるかもしれない。 一年の半分。 人生もまだ、道半ば。 今日の一日を大切にしたい。 というメッセージを表現しました。

2025年6月〜2026年2月まで、大津北商工会にて、全10回のスクール形式で新商品開発、既存商品ブラッシュアップの講師を勤めることになりました。 事業者における新商品開発の際も、全てが決まってから「最後に外注するものが　デザイン」ではなく、 リサーチから、今企業内にあるリソースを最大限に活かしながら、誰に向けて何を作るのか、サービスを考えることから、商品開発、売り場のデザインまで、その全てが「デザイン」であります。 ものづくりの事業者にとって、デザインは遠いものではなく、 それらの仕事の多くは実は「デザイン」です。 このスクールでは、事業者自身が自律的に考え、商品開発し、デザインができるように、私の力でどこまでできるかわかりませんがやることになりました。 I will be teaching a 10-session school-style course on new product development and product refining for existing products. これはシャンプーとリンスのデザインです。琵琶湖にも優しい、人にも優しい原料でできており、100%自然に分解される厳選素材を使用しております。売り上げの一部を琵琶湖の環境保全にも役立てています。This is a shampoo and conditioner design. They are made of carefully selected ingredients that are both friendly to Lake Biwa and to people, and are 100% naturally degradable. 日本最高積雪記録はどこでしょう？意外にも関西、滋賀県の米原市にある伊吹山です。その記録は11m82cmと実は世界一の記録でもあります。 実際に滋賀県北部に住んでいると、冬は北風がとても強いです。福井県の若狭湾からの雪雲を遮る山が低く、伊吹山にぶち当たるということです。 最近、隣の彦根市でも60年ぶりの大雪を記録しました。滋賀県の意外な姿ということで「どこの山だろう？」と気になるポスターをデザインしました。 Where is the record for the highest snowfall in Japan? Surprisingly, it is Mt. Ibuki in Maibara City, Shiga Prefecture, Kansai. Its record is 11m82cm, which is actually the highest record in the world. In fact, living in the northern part of Shiga Prefecture, the north wind is very strong in winter. This means that the mountains are low enough to block the snow clouds from Wakasa Bay in Fukui Prefecture and hit Mt. Ibuki. Recently, the neighboring city of Hikone also recorded its heaviest snowfall in 60 years.
