金ごまあゆは、琵琶湖産の小鮎の佃煮に、ごまをまぶした商品です。ご飯にのせたりして食べると美味しいのでその姿をパッケージデザインとしました。Golden Sesami Ayu is a tsukudani, a small sweetfish from Lake Biwa, sprinkled with sesame seeds. It is delicious when eaten over rice, so we designed the package to look like that.

三井寺の有名な饅頭です。その昔弁慶がひきづったとされる鐘がモチーフになっています。一つの箱で何種類もの中身に対応できるようパッケージシステムを考えました。わかりやすいように封印のシールで中身も伝えています。It is a famous bun of Mitsui Temple. The motif is a bell said to have been pulled by Benkei in the old days. We designed the packaging system so that a single box can be used for several kinds of contents. The contents are also indicated with a seal for easy identification.

香川では年越しそばならぬ年越しうどんがあり、それはしっぽくうどんと言われる大根、にんじんなどがてんこ盛りになったうどんです。 そして、年が明けると、雑煮の代わりに、いくらやエビなどの赤いものが入った年明けうどんを食べます。 いつもうどんと共にある香川県の魅力をポスターに描きました。 うどんの魅力は底知れないと感じます。 In Kagawa Prefecture, they have toshikoshi udon instead of toshikoshi soba, a type of udon piled high with ingredients such as daikon radish and carrots, known as shippoku udon. And when the new year begins, instead of zoni, they eat toshikoshi udon filled with red ingredients like salmon roe and shrimp. I depicted the charm of Kagawa Prefecture, which is always associated with udon. The motif of the logo is the Japanese flag "Hinomaru" and a plate showing a dining table. 这是日本一个组织的徽标标志，目的是正确销售经清真认证的肉类。 图案由日本国旗日之丸和一个代表餐桌的盘子组成。

近江米の新品種「きらみずき」のパッケージデザインおよびブランディングプロポーザル応募案。パッケージの絵は、きらきらと輝く琵琶湖を中心に、豊かな生物、山林、気候、田畑のイラストをちりばめ、それらの恩恵を受けたみずみずしい米粒を描きました。全体的に金色でデザインを、下地は旨味を感じさせる淡いベージュ色で高級感とシズル感（美味しそうに見える感覚）を演出しました。のぼりや法被、コンセプトブック、ポスターなど販促品も合わせてデザインしました。Proposal entry proposal for a new variety of Omi rice. リノベーションエキスポ2018大阪のポスターデザイン。 「食」をテーマにリノベーションの展示会を大阪南港ATCで開催します。 リノベーションを略して「リノベ」の文字を家具や建築として表現しました。 製図で描くような幾何学的書体を上にかぶせ、リノベーションの設計感を出しました。

わかりやすくお茶の鉄瓶を描き、紙を重ねた抜き窓からその姿を覗かせます。 箱の上下にはほうじ茶をイメージした茶色い茶葉を描いています。 ほうじ茶のイメージで焦茶と金（黄土色の部分）インクを使い、ニスも使って茶葉や落款模様を描きます。 輪郭をまとった蓋を開くと鉄瓶も茶葉も見えなくなり、蓋の一枚を重ね合わせることでモチーフが切り取られるデザインとしています。 そうなると、茶瓶の蓋の取手に見えたものは、最澄の坐禅の姿のようであり、最澄を中心とし、光を周囲に放っていることをニスで表現しています。 滋賀は日本茶発祥の地とされており、延暦寺を開いたとされる最澄が唐より種子を持ち帰り、比叡山麓の大津・坂本に 植えたことが日本茶の始まりといわれています。 そこで、ページの端には比叡山延暦寺を描き、最澄の言葉である「一隅を照らす」である隅から伸びる光を表現しています。 その言葉の意味は一人ひとりがその場を大切にし、努力することで、社会全体を明るくできるという考え方です。 そこまで気が付く人はいないと思いますが、デザインに忍ばせたメッセージです。 An iron tea kettle is drawn clearly, with its shape peeking through a window made of layered paper. Brown tea leaves are drawn on the top and bottom of the box, evoking the image of roasted green tea. Dark brown and gold (ochre parts) ink is used to evoke the image of roasted green tea, and the tea leaves and seal pattern are drawn using varnish as well. When the outlined lid is opened, neither the kettle nor the tea leaves are visible, and the motif is cut out by overlapping one lid over the other. 铁壶轮廓清晰，透过叠纸上的小窗，可见壶身轮廓。 盒子的上下绘有棕色茶叶，令人联想到焙茶。 盒子采用深棕色和金色（部分为赭石色）墨水绘制，令人联想到焙茶，茶叶图案和印章则以清漆绘制。 打开勾勒轮廓的壶盖，壶身和茶叶均不可见，图案被叠纸镂空。

あゆの醤油煮の缶詰です。高級感があり、美味しそうに見えるように、醤油が染み込んでいくようなイメージでデザインしました。Canned ayu fish simmered in soy sauce. We designed it to look luxurious and delicious, with the image of soy sauce soaking into the product.

滋賀県甲賀市の段ボールのデザインです。甲賀市の市章の２色を使用し、忍者テーマで手裏剣のモノグラムを配置し、市章デザインもあしらっています。ふるさと納税返礼品を送るのに使用されたりしています。This is a cardboard design for Koka City, Shiga Prefecture. It uses the two colors of the Koka city emblem, and has a ninja theme with a shuriken monogram and the city emblem design. It is sometimes used to send tax returns from hometowns.

2025年6月〜2026年2月まで、大津北商工会にて、全10回のスクール形式で新商品開発、既存商品ブラッシュアップの講師を勤めることになりました。 事業者における新商品開発の際も、全てが決まってから「最後に外注するものが　デザイン」ではなく、 リサーチから、今企業内にあるリソースを最大限に活かしながら、誰に向けて何を作るのか、サービスを考えることから、商品開発、売り場のデザインまで、その全てが「デザイン」であります。 ものづくりの事業者にとって、デザインは遠いものではなく、 それらの仕事の多くは実は「デザイン」です。 このスクールでは、事業者自身が自律的に考え、商品開発し、デザインができるように、私の力でどこまでできるかわかりませんがやることになりました。 I will be teaching a 10-session school-style course on new product development and product refining for existing products.
