「ふなずしアイス」のパッケージデザインです。 彦根の老舗「いと重菓舗」と「あゆの店きむら」のコラボ商品です。 正確には飯（いい）と呼ばれる、ふなと一緒に漬け込むお米を使っており、ふながこの中に入っているわけではありません。 この飯は、今までは、あまり用途がなく捨てられる事も多かったふなずしの材料です。 ふなずしのイメージを覆し、臭みもなく、レアチーズのようでとても美味しいです。 このデザインを考える上で、まず想像したのは「ふなずし＝臭い」という認識が一般にはされやすいことを想像しました。 この中身は決して臭くない、美味しいものですから、このレアチーズのような美味しさをパッケージを通して適切に伝える必要があると思いました。 率直に美味しそうだと感じてもらえるシズル感のあるパッケージを提案しました。

UDCBK（アーバンデザインセンターびわこ・くさつ）は、草津の未来のまちのデザインを考えるために、 大学（教職員や学生）、企業（経営者や通勤者）、行政（国や県や市の職員）の人々が、 草津に住む市民の方々と気軽に自由に話し合い、交流する場所として南草津駅前に生まれました。 様々な人がここを拠点に交わり、その中から様々な事が発展的に広がっていく。 この場所は言うなれば「未来創造交差点」であると考えました。 様々な道が交差し、つながり、そして広がってゆく様子をロゴマークとしてデザインしました。 UDCBKの文字がそれぞれ道のようになっており、ジャンクションになっています。 グラデーションの色は、様々な考えや、アクション、動きを表現しています。

長浜市にあるパン屋ポムドテールの源八ラスクのデザインです。パン職人こだわりの生地から作るラスク。種類も多いですが最小限の資材で対応できるシステムを作りました。ギフトボックスはパンの形をしています。This is a design of Genpachi rusk from bakery Pomme de Terre in Nagahama, Shiga Prefecture. These rusks are made from dough with the baker's special care. There are many different flavors, but we have created a system that can handle a minimum amount of packaging materials. The gift box is in the shape of a loaf of bread.

近江八幡の西の湖周辺をビーチクルーザーで自転車ツアーをするツーリズムのブランディング「ハチマンジカン」です。Hachimanjikan" is a branding for a tourism brand that offers bicycle tours by beach cruiser around Lake Nishi in Omi Hachiman.

金ごまあゆは、琵琶湖産の小鮎の佃煮に、ごまをまぶした商品です。ご飯にのせたりして食べると美味しいのでその姿をパッケージデザインとしました。Golden Sesami Ayu is a tsukudani, a small sweetfish from Lake Biwa, sprinkled with sesame seeds. It is delicious when eaten over rice, so we designed the package to look like that.

近江八幡市の安土を戦国イメージでブランディングしました。安土城跡を有する織田信長ゆかりの地であり、織田信長の兜のイメージでロゴデザインを行いました。「信長を旅しよう」のコピーも考案し、かつての水路、陸路をたどるツアーも敢行されました。We branded Azuchi in Omi Hachiman City with the image of the Warring States period. The logo design was based on the image of Nobunaga Oda's helmet. We also devised a copy of "Let's Travel Nobunaga" and organized a tour that traces the waterways and overland routes of the past.

琵琶湖のレイクグラスを展示するミュージアムとして、米原駅の構内にあるびわこ一周レンタサイクルに設置しました。自転車でビワイチをしながら琵琶湖に立ち寄ってもらいレイクグラスを探してほしい。そして持ち帰ってきたものを展示できるスペースです。This museum displays Lake Biwa lake glass and is located on the Biwako round-the-bike rental bicycle located in the premises of Maibara Station. We want people to stop by Lake Biwa while doing the Biwaichi by bicycle and look for lake glass. This is a space where they can then display the items they bring back.

西谷堂の手提げ袋と小袋のデザインです。 西谷堂の代表商品であるきんつば「ぐーどすぇ」は丸い形と、さまざまな具材バリエーションが特徴です。 そのことを端的に表現し、西谷堂といえばというデザインとしています。 小袋は小豆をイメージしたものとし、手提げと兄弟のようなイメージで構成しました。 This is the design of Nishitani-do's handbag and sachet. Nishitani-do's signature product, the kintsuba “Gudosue,” is characterized by its round shape and variety of ingredients. The design is intended to express this in a simple way, and to be a symbol of the Nishitani-do brand. The sachet is designed to resemble azuki beans, and the handbag is designed to resemble its siblings. 西谷堂手提包和小袋设计。 西谷堂的招牌产品--金枪鱼 “Gudosue ”的特点是圆形和各种成分。 西谷堂的设计就是这一特点的简单体现。 小袋的设计与红豆相似，手提包的设计与手提包及其同类产品相似。

高島ええものグランプリ2024のブランディングを担当しました。 今回は受賞者への取材を記事にし、商品を見るだけではわからない作り手の熱い想いやストーリーを大切に伝えようと考え、高島市内の道の駅への集客に新聞折込のB3チラシをデザインしました。また道の駅の専用什器、POPなど売り場のデザインもしました。 また、受賞者へは、「センスがええ」ということで高島産のセンスと賞状、副賞がプレゼントされました。 We were in charge of branding for the Takashima Eemono Grand Prix 2024. This time, we turned interviews with the winners into articles, with the aim of conveying the passion and stories of the makers that cannot be understood just by looking at the products, and designed a B3 flyer to be inserted into newspapers to attract customers to roadside stations in Takashima City. In addition, the winners were presented with Takashima-made products, a certificate, and a prize in recognition of their "good sense. 近江米粉は滋賀県の近江米を使った米粉です。ロゴデザインやパッケージデザインを担当しました。Omi Rice Flour is a rice flour made from Omi rice in Shiga Prefecture. We were in charge of logo design and package design.
