滋賀銀行のデビットカードのプロポーザルデザイン案です。琵琶湖の上と琵琶湖の下をテーマに２種類デザインしました。上は夕日、下は水中をイメージしたシンプルながら目を引くデザインです。This is a proposal design proposal for a debit card for Shiga Bank. Two designs were created based on the theme of above Lake Biwa and below Lake Biwa. The upper design is a simple but eye-catching image of a sunset, while the lower design is an underwater image.

2025年6月〜2026年2月まで、大津北商工会にて、全10回のスクール形式で新商品開発、既存商品ブラッシュアップの講師を勤めることになりました。 事業者における新商品開発の際も、全てが決まってから「最後に外注するものが　デザイン」ではなく、 リサーチから、今企業内にあるリソースを最大限に活かしながら、誰に向けて何を作るのか、サービスを考えることから、商品開発、売り場のデザインまで、その全てが「デザイン」であります。 ものづくりの事業者にとって、デザインは遠いものではなく、 それらの仕事の多くは実は「デザイン」です。 このスクールでは、事業者自身が自律的に考え、商品開発し、デザインができるように、私の力でどこまでできるかわかりませんがやることになりました。 I will be teaching a 10-session school-style course on new product development and product refining for existing products. When developing a new product for a business, it is not a case of “the last thing to be outsourced is the design” after everything has been decided, Design” is everything from research, to thinking about what to make and for whom, to product development, to designing the sales floor, all while making the most of the resources currently available within the company. For manufacturing businesses, design is not something far away, Many of those jobs are actually “design”. In this school, I don't know how far I can go, but I will do it so that the businesses themselves can think, develop products, and design autonomously. 我将以 10 期学校的形式教授新产品开发和现有产品的更新。 在为企业开发新产品时，并不是在确定了一切之后 “最后外包的是设计”、 设计 "是指从研究、思考制造什么和为谁制造、服务、产品开发到销售空间设计的所有工作，同时还要充分利用公司内部现有的资源。 对于制造企业来说，设计并不遥远、 很多工作其实就是 “设计”。 在这所学校里，我不知道自己能走多远，但我会做到让企业自己能够自主思考、自主开发产品、自主设计。

香川では年越しそばならぬ年越しうどんがあり、それはしっぽくうどんと言われる大根、にんじんなどがてんこ盛りになったうどんです。 そして、年が明けると、雑煮の代わりに、いくらやエビなどの赤いものが入った年明けうどんを食べます。 いつもうどんと共にある香川県の魅力をポスターに描きました。 うどんの魅力は底知れないと感じます。 In Kagawa Prefecture, they have toshikoshi udon instead of toshikoshi soba, a type of udon piled high with ingredients such as daikon radish and carrots, known as shippoku udon. And when the new year begins, instead of zoni, they eat toshikoshi udon filled with red ingredients like salmon roe and shrimp. I depicted the charm of Kagawa Prefecture, which is always associated with udon. I feel that the appeal of udon is boundless. 日本香川县的乌冬面非常有名。 在香川，除夕夜吃的不是荞麦面，而是除夕夜乌冬面，这种乌冬面被称为 “Shippoku 乌冬面”，里面放有萝卜、胡萝卜和其他配料。 到了年关，人们吃的不是 “Zoni”，而是加入了鲑鱼子、大虾和其他红色食物的新年乌冬面。 海报描绘了香川县的魅力，它总是与乌冬面相伴。 我觉得乌冬的魅力深不可测。

FLOCKは群を意味します。信楽焼の陶器で作られた箸置きやブローチなどのブランディングデザインとネーミングです。商品数がとても多く、動物や植物など生物が多くを占めているので群と名付けました。FLOCK means flock. It is a branding design and naming of chopstick rests and brooches made of Shigaraki ware pottery. We named it "Flock" because there are so many products and many of them are creatures such as animals and plants.

これはHOP VISAカードリニューアル指名コンペでの案です。滋賀の美しい緑、田園風景を水彩画を用いて表現したものです。手描きの四角い不均一なマス目が重なったりにじんだりして、一つの自然を形成しているようなイメージです。このようなおおらかさこそが滋賀のイメージであり、今までの緑のvisaカードのイメージも踏襲しながら、若々しく優しい、滋賀と、平和堂の空気感を表現できていると思います。This is a watercolor rendering of the beautiful green, rural landscape of Shiga. The image is of hand-painted squares of uneven squares overlapping and blurring to form a single natural feature. This kind of generosity is the image of Shiga, and I think it expresses the youthful and gentle atmosphere of Shiga and Heiwado, while also following the image of the existing green visa cards.

琵琶湖のほとり、大津北には多彩なクラフターが集っています。 帽子、鉄溶接、樹脂加工、木彫仏像、湖から集めたガラス 異なる素材と技が出会い、 ここでしか生まれない新しい価値を形にしました。 大津北から発信する、唯一無二のクラフトコレクションです。 大津北商工会と一緒に企業の支援をしています。 BtoBばかりで商品開発をしたことがない企業や、事業で出る廃棄物をどうにかしたい。今までのスタイルに行き詰まりを感じている企業、これからの後継者のために新しく事業を立ち上げたい。 様々なお悩みを商品開発という軸で解決してゆくプロジェクトを2025年4月より行なってきました。 私がいなくなった後も、事業者が自律的に商品を開発して行けることを目指しながら、伴走をしますが、自走を促すためにやっています。 2026年2月のギフトショーに向けて進んでいます。 Otsu Kita, on the shores of Lake Biwa, is home to a diverse range of crafters. This is a one-of-a-kind craft collection from Otsu Kita. 位于琵琶湖畔的大津北，是众多手工艺人的聚集地。 帽子、铁艺焊接、树脂加工、木制佛像、以及从湖中采集的玻璃制品…… 不同的材料和技艺在此交融，创造出独一无二的价值。 这是来自大津北的独一无二的手工艺品系列。

滋賀県産のジャンボレモンを使った、ダックワーズのデザインです。滋賀のナンバープレートはイナズマナンバーと言われたりするので、イナズマダックワーズと名付けられました。雲の下に閃光がきらめくイメージでデザインしました。This is a design for duck wares using jumbo lemons produced in Shiga Prefecture. The Shiga license plate is sometimes referred to as the Inazuma license plate, so it was named Inazuma Duckwars. The design is based on the image of a sparkling flash of light under the clouds.

赤坂サカスで開催されたCool Kyoto2011に間接照明用のLED「ウィルライン」を展示するためのブースのデザインを担当しました。 京都らしいアイデンティティと、ブースに強化ダンボールを用いることを求められました。 強化ダンボールの特性を活かし、美しい光の陰影を表現し、全体を統合させるデザインを考えました。 あかりの縦格子 間接照明によって強化ダンボールの縦格子を照らし出します。 狭く小さなスペースでありますが、遠くからでも目を引く空間的な展示什器としています。 LEDの商品をそのままただ見せるのではなく、どのようにLEDの効果があるのかを見せるものとし、 落ち着きのある美しい陰影をダンボールで描き出す事に成功しました。 LEDはあくまでも脇役であり、引き立たせるべきもの、照らし出すべきものを配置しました。

日本列島を模した信楽焼の器です。食卓に日本列島を描いて楽しめます。 あまり具体的な日本列島にならないように、言われたら、わかる。くらいの、抽象的でかわいい日本列島のデザインとしました。 This is a Shigaraki ware vessel in the shape of the Japanese Islands. You can enjoy drawing the Japanese Islands on your dining table. The design is abstract and cute, so as not to be too concrete. The design is abstract and cute.

第62回富山まつりの公式ポスターを担当しました。青空の下、市内のメイン道路で日中にダイナミックな踊りが行われるこのお祭りを象徴的に踊り子の姿でデザインしました。We were in charge of the official poster for the 62nd Toyama Festival. We designed the dancers to symbolize this festival, in which dynamic dancing takes place during the day on the city's main roads under a blue sky.
