SHIGA CHAIR

滋賀県のナラ枯材を使った椅子を作る滋賀チェアプロジェクトのブランディングと椅子のデザインを担当しました。製造技術が非常に高い飛騨産業とのコラボレーションによって生まれたアームチェアです。滋賀を代表する椅子になってほしいと思いを込めてSHIGA CHAIRと名付けました。I was in charge of branding and chair design for the Shiga Chair Project, a project to create chairs using oak withers from Shiga Prefecture. This armchair was created in collaboration with Hida Sangyo, a company with very high manufacturing technology. We named it SHIGA CHAIR with the hope that it will become a chair representing Shiga.

山中漆器の拭き漆の器です。黒と赤があります。シンプルでオーソドックスなデザインを心がけてデザインしました。とても軽く、使いやすく、あまり緊張しすぎない、しかしそこまでカジュアルでもない。ふつうな上質さを目指したデザインです。非常に軽く出来ています。山中塗とは、石川県加賀市の山中温泉地区で作られる漆器で、山中漆器と呼ばれます。国産のミズメ桜を轆轤挽きで仕上げ、拭き漆技法で仕上げました。Yamanaka Lacquerware wipe lacquer vessels. Available in black and red.We designed it with a simple and orthodox design in mind. It is very light, easy to use, not too strained, but not that casual either. It is a design that aims for ordinary quality. It is very light. Yamanaka-nuri is a type of lacquerware produced in the Yamanaka Onsen area of Kaga City, Ishikawa Prefecture, and is called Yamanaka lacquerware. Domestically produced mizume-zakura cherry wood is wheel-thrown and finished with a wiping lacquer technique.

シンプルでオーソドックスなデザインを心がけてデザインしました。とても軽く、使いやすく、あまり緊張しすぎない、しかしそこまでカジュアルでもない。 runoの丸く柔らかいデザインと対照的に、tachiは、凛とした佇まいを持ったデザインです。（写真の後半はrunoとの比較です）非常に軽く出来ています。斜め上からはあまり裏側が見えませんが、裏側の削り込みにより手がすっと入り、大変持ちやすくデザインされています。山中塗とは、石川県加賀市の山中温泉地区で作られる漆器で、山中漆器と呼ばれます。国産のミズメ桜を轆轤挽きで仕上げ、拭き漆技法で仕上げました。 We designed this product with a simple and orthodox design in mind. It is very light, easy to use, not too strained, but not that casual either. In contrast to the round and soft design of runo, tachi has a dignified appearance. (The second half of the photo is a comparison with runo.) It is made very light. Although you cannot see the back side of the bowl from an angle, the back side has been cut down so that you can easily put your hand into the bowl, making it very easy to hold. Yamanaka-nuri is a type of lacquerware produced in the Yamanaka Onsen area of Kaga City, Ishikawa Prefecture, and is called Yamanaka lacquerware. The potter's wheel is made of domestically produced mizume-zakura (cherry tree) and finished with the wipe lacquer technique.

CUBRIC TEAK HOOK

CUBRICはシンプルなデザインの木製の壁掛けフックです。幻の銘木「ユーラシアンチーク材」で製作しました。濃い色は塗装の色ではございません。木質は重硬でとても高級感があります。高価な材料ですが、もう一種類のCUBRICとあまり変わらないようにお値段は頑張っています。２つの立方体形状の組み合わせで構成されています。どのような空間にもよく合う、なんでもないシンプルな形です。CUBRIC is a wooden wall hook with a simple design.It is made of Eurasian teak, a fantastic wood.The dark color is not the color of the paint.The wood is heavy, hard, and very luxurious.It is an expensive material, but we are trying our best to keep the price not much different from the other type of CUBRIC.It is composed of a combination of two cube shapes.It is a simple, nondescript shape that fits well in any space.

RED Animal Crayon

saruyamaは、無垢材のソリッド感を活かしたコートーハンガーです。本体は４つにノックダウン可能です。いろいろな高さにフックがあり、家族みんなで使えるコートハンガーです。フックの部分は山に登っているサルのイメージで、頂上にいる赤いのがボスザルです。

YOSHINO Luncheon Board

最高級吉野杉を用いたランチョンボードです。お盆ではなく、縁がないもので手入れが簡単かつ、上質感のあるものを目指しました。直接食材を載せることも可能です。持ちやすいように周囲は薄く削っています。This luncheon board is made of the finest Yoshino cedar. It is not a tray, but rather a rimless one that is easy to clean and has a high quality feel. It is also possible to place food directly on it. The perimeter has been thinly shaved so that it is easy to hold.

信楽で開発された世界初の透ける陶土を使ったグラスです。一つ一つロクロによる手作り品で、その土の独特の質感は他の陶器にはないものです。使っていくうちにエイジングしてよい味わいが出てくると思います。ワイングラスとしても、あるいは様々な用途でもお使い頂けます。トールは祝杯のシャンパンにも。ワイドは、山菜の和え物やアイスクリームなど、小鉢のように使うことも。小さなキャンドルを入れても素敵です。 TALL　80x80x150mm WIDE　90×90×110mm

The drawer that makes dreams come true

香港で開催のドラえもん展に出展した作品です。ドラえもんは引き出しから登場して様々な夢を叶えてくれました。そんな自分の大切な夢や品物を入れておく大切な引き出しです。This work was exhibited at the Doraemon exhibition in Hong Kong. Doraemon appeared from a drawer and made various dreams come true. This is an important drawer where I keep my precious dreams and items.
