滋賀県のナラ枯材を使った椅子を作る滋賀チェアプロジェクトのブランディングと椅子のデザインを担当しました。製造技術が非常に高い飛騨産業とのコラボレーションによって生まれたアームチェアです。滋賀を代表する椅子になってほしいと思いを込めてSHIGA CHAIRと名付けました。I was in charge of branding and chair design for the Shiga Chair Project, a project to create chairs using oak withers from Shiga Prefecture. This armchair was created in collaboration with Hida Sangyo, a company with very high manufacturing technology. We named it SHIGA CHAIR with the hope that it will become a chair representing Shiga.

近江米の新品種「きらみずき」のパッケージデザインおよびブランディングプロポーザル応募案。パッケージの絵は、きらきらと輝く琵琶湖を中心に、豊かな生物、山林、気候、田畑のイラストをちりばめ、それらの恩恵を受けたみずみずしい米粒を描きました。全体的に金色でデザインを、下地は旨味を感じさせる淡いベージュ色で高級感とシズル感（美味しそうに見える感覚）を演出しました。のぼりや法被、コンセプトブック、ポスターなど販促品も合わせてデザインしました。Proposal entry proposal for a new variety of Omi rice. 近江八幡丁稚羊羹の老舗「和た与」の丁稚羊羹のパッケージデザインです。シンプルながら老舗の羊羹らしく伝統と新しさを融合させたデザインとしています。This is the package design of "Wata-yo", a long-established Omi-Hachiman Decchi-Yokan. The design is simple, but it is a fusion of tradition and novelty, as if it is a yokan made by a long-established store.

シンプルなスツールです。座面はヌメ革、足はホワイトアッシュ材のソープ仕上げ。使うほどに愛着が湧いてきそうな飽きのこないデザインです。This is a simple stool. The seat is made of nume leather and the legs are made of white ash wood with a soap finish. The more you use it, the more you will grow attached to it, and you will never get tired of its design.

滋賀県の県鳥「カイツブリ」のペーパーウェイトです。彦根市のバルブ産業のメーカーで鉛フリー合金の銅ビワライトを用いて制作しました。使うほどにエイジングして味わい深い表情になります。 This is a paperweight of "Kaituburi", the prefectural bird of Shiga Prefecture. It was produced by a manufacturer of valve industry in Hikone City using copper biwaite, a lead-free alloy. コルテホームは、自分らしいライフスタイルを提案する住宅のブランドです。 ブランドロゴをはじめとする、ブランド構築を担当しました。

滋賀県産のびわ湖材を用いたノベルティ用のひのき枡のデザインです。 枡で日本酒を飲む機会も減りましたが、日本酒を木の枡で飲むと木の香りがお酒に移り一味違った楽しみ方ができます。この巻き紙にはその楽しみ方を前面に出して記述しています。 巻き紙を取るとシールが貼られています。 そのシールを剥がすと、枡にレーザー刻印された滋賀のモチーフが現れます。モチーフは4種類ありますが何種類あるかは記されていません。何が出るかはお楽しみということにしました。SNSなどで調べると何種類あるのかもわかったり、調べたくなる、シェアしたくなる仕組みとしました。単なる押しつけのノベルティにならないよう、日本酒を楽しんでもらう、心に残る体験デザインとして考えたものです。 Hinoki Masu is a novelty item designed using Biwako wood from Shiga Prefecture. Masu is a vessel for drinking sake. Although the number of occasions to drink sake with wooden Masu has decreased, drinking sake with wooden sake cups offers a different way to enjoy the sake, as the aroma of the wood is transferred to the sake. This paper roll describes how to enjoy sake in a different way. When you take off the paper roll, you will find a sticker attached to it. When the sticker is removed, the Shiga motif laser-engraved on the Masu is revealed. There are four different motifs, but the number of motifs is not indicated. The idea was to make people want to check and share the information by checking on social networking sites. あゆの醤油煮の缶詰です。高級感があり、美味しそうに見えるように、醤油が染み込んでいくようなイメージでデザインしました。Canned ayu fish simmered in soy sauce. We designed it to look luxurious and delicious, with the image of soy sauce soaking into the product.

白い壁面にも際立つ美しいデザインのトイレサインです。JIS規格のトイレサインの形状は堅すぎるけど、売っているものはカジュアルすぎるものが多いので、ちょうど良いバランスで飽きのこないシンプルデザインを考えました。トイレマークも一度貼ったら10年、20年は変えないと思いますので、普遍性を大事にデザインしました。厚みは7mmでしっかりと木の厚みが感じられます。This is a beautifully designed toilet sign that stands out against the white wall. the JIS standard toilet sign shape is too rigid, but many of the ones sold are too casual, so we came up with a simple design that strikes just the right balance and will never become boring. Once the toilet sign is affixed, it is not likely to be changed for 10 or 20 years, so we designed it with universality in mind. The thickness is 7mm, and you can feel the thickness of the wood.
