AYU CUT OPEN and DRIED

あゆのひらき（干物）です。干物はザルで干すので竹で編んだザルをイメージして高級感あるパッケージをデザインしました。このパッケージはpantawards 2020の金賞を受賞しています。AYU HIRAKI (dried ayu fish). Dried ayu is dried in a colander, so we designed a luxurious package with the image of a colander made of woven bamboo. This package won a gold medal at pantawards 2020.

BIWAKO SHAMPOO & RINSE

これはシャンプーとリンスのデザインです。琵琶湖にも優しい、人にも優しい原料でできており、100%自然に分解される厳選素材を使用しております。売り上げの一部を琵琶湖の環境保全にも役立てています。This is a shampoo and conditioner design. They are made of carefully selected ingredients that are both friendly to Lake Biwa and to people, and are 100% naturally degradable. A portion of the proceeds is also used to help preserve the environment of Lake Biwa.

磁器の湯たんぽのデザインです。布団の中へ入れて使用する湯たんぽですが、多くの湯たんぽは、蓋の部分が突起として出ています。その出っ張りをなくし、人が触れる形状としてもっともあってほしかった形態を目指しました。This is a porcelain hot water bottle design. Most hot-water bottles are placed in a futon and the lid of the bottle protrudes from the futon. We eliminated the protrusion and aimed to create a shape that people can touch.

ONDAはイタリア語で波を意味します。これはチェストですが表面が波のようにカーブしています。ウォルナットとヨーロッパビーチに２種類の木のコントラストがあるデザインです。ONDA means wave in Italian. This is a chest, but its surface is curved like a wave. The design has a contrast between two types of wood in walnut and European beach.

TACHIBANA SHOKUDO

彦根四番町スクエアにある、「たちばな食堂」のCIおよび看板制作を担当しました。大正ロマンをテーマに作られた街にふさわしいイメージで、ブランディングを行いました。「たちばな」は伊井家の家紋であり、彦根市の市の木であります。花紋はより現代的にすっきりとデザインしています。「たちばな食堂」のインテリアデザインは、DEWKSさんによるものです。

Pizza Shigaraki

あゆ塩焼き

木村水産のあゆ塩焼きのパッケージデザインです。個包装で国内最高の養殖鮎としてふさわしい高級感を高めるデザインとしました。冷凍商品のため、外側は銀印刷でシャープにして冷感のあるデザイン、中は一転、赤を施し、冷凍ケースの中にあっても、火入れし、焼きたてのように美味しそうに見えることを狙いました。 This is the package design of Ayu Salt Grilled Ayu. The individually wrapped ayu fish is designed to enhance the sense of quality as the best farmed ayu fish in Japan. Because it is a frozen product, the outside is sharply designed with silver printing to give it a cool feel, while the inside is painted red to make it look as if it has been fire-roasted and freshly grilled, even though it is inside a frozen case. 阿尤盐焗阿尤鱼包装设计。该设计增强了国内最好的养殖鲶鱼在独立包装中的奢华感。由于是冷冻产品，外包装采用银色印刷，锋利而冰冷，内包装则采用红色印刷，目的是使产品即使在冷冻箱中，看起来也像经过火烤和新鲜烧烤一样美味。

NAGAHAMA GENPACHI RUSK

長浜市にあるパン屋ポムドテールの源八ラスクのデザインです。パン職人こだわりの生地から作るラスク。種類も多いですが最小限の資材で対応できるシステムを作りました。ギフトボックスはパンの形をしています。This is a design of Genpachi rusk from bakery Pomme de Terre in Nagahama, Shiga Prefecture. These rusks are made from dough with the baker's special care. There are many different flavors, but we have created a system that can handle a minimum amount of packaging materials. The gift box is in the shape of a loaf of bread.

近江八幡丁稚羊羹の老舗「和た与」の丁稚羊羹のパッケージデザインです。シンプルながら老舗の羊羹らしく伝統と新しさを融合させたデザインとしています。This is the package design of "Wata-yo", a long-established Omi-Hachiman Decchi-Yokan. The design is simple, but it is a fusion of tradition and novelty, as if it is a yokan made by a long-established store.

釜炊き近江米　銀俵のロゴをデザインしました。シンボルマークは米俵を横から見た姿。銀俵の文字は古い文字から引用しました。We designed a logo for GINDAWARA. This restaurant cooks rice in a Shigaraki earthenware pot. The symbol mark is a side view of a rice bale. The letters of "Ginbawara" are taken from old characters.

琵琶湖のほとり、大津北には多彩なクラフターが集っています。帽子、鉄溶接、樹脂加工、木彫仏像、湖から集めたガラス異なる素材と技が出会い、ここでしか生まれない新しい価値を形にしました。大津北から発信する、唯一無二のクラフトコレクションです。大津北商工会と一緒に企業の支援をしています。 BtoBばかりで商品開発をしたことがない企業や、事業で出る廃棄物をどうにかしたい。今までのスタイルに行き詰まりを感じている企業、これからの後継者のために新しく事業を立ち上げたい。様々なお悩みを商品開発という軸で解決してゆくプロジェクトを2025年4月より行なってきました。私がいなくなった後も、事業者が自律的に商品を開発して行けることを目指しながら、伴走をしますが、自走を促すためにやっています。 2026年2月のギフトショーに向けて進んでいます。 Otsu Kita, on the shores of Lake Biwa, is home to a diverse range of crafters. This is a one-of-a-kind craft collection from Otsu Kita. 位于琵琶湖畔的大津北，是众多手工艺人的聚集地。帽子、铁艺焊接、树脂加工、木制佛像、以及从湖中采集的玻璃制品…… 不同的材料和技艺在此交融，创造出独一无二的价值。这是来自大津北的独一无二的手工艺品系列。
