“Arahogushi” is a product of salted grilled ayu fish that is broken up by hand.

It is also delicious on rice.

Think of it as a salmon flake.

As you know, ayu is grilled on a salt-grilled bamboo skewer and roasted over the fire.

I used those salt-roasted bamboo skewers as a paper wrapping clasp in the packaging.

For the gold paper, I chose a slightly random row of squares with a loose-fitting gold leaf pattern.

This is one of Kimura Suisan’s gold series products, and while the color of the paper is gold, the intrinsic value of each product is uniquely expressed on the packaging to make it eye-catching on the sales floor.
