TAKASHIMA A MONO GP
今年で８回目を迎える滋賀県高島市の「ええもの」を集めたコンテスト「高島ええものグランプリ」のリニューアルブランディングに関わりました。 受賞者は「センスがええ」ということで、トロフィー代わりに高島扇子が贈呈されました。 最高金賞に選ばれたのは、とも栄さんの「ふなずしxベイクド羊羹」の”ふなチー”です。 滋賀の人って、本当に鮒寿司を美味しくすることに執念を燃やしています！これが鮒寿司なの？っていうくらい美味しいもの沢山あります。これも、チーズ不使用なのに濃厚チーズケーキそのもので、審査員絶賛でした。 他にも金賞の発酵ドルチェ米シュワグルトも鮒寿司を作る際の飯から作られたヨーグルトです。 その他の金賞には、和ろうそくの大與さんは有名ですが、高島発アウトドアブランドの業界最小クラスの焚火台や、琵琶湖の宝石と呼ばれるビワマスひつまぶし、メタセコイアのブラウニーケーキなど、ユニークな商品が揃いました。 審査委員長も近年稀に見るハイレベルとおっしゃっていました。 We were involved in the renewal branding of the contest that featured "ehimono" (good things) from Takashima City, Shiga Prefecture, which is now in its 8th year. In lieu of a trophy, a Takashima fan was presented to the winners for their "good taste. The top gold medal went to Tomoei's "Funachie" (Funazushi x Baked Yokan). The people of Shiga are really dedicated to making funa-zushi delicious! There are so many delicious funazushi that you may wonder, "Is this really funazushi? There are so many delicious funa-zushi that you may ask yourself, "Is this funa-zushi? The judges also praised the cheesecake, saying that it was just like a rich cheesecake, even though it did not contain cheese. Another gold award winner, Fermented Dolce Rice Schwagurt, is a yogurt made from the rice used to make funa-zushi. Other Gold Award winners included Ooyo, a well-known Japanese candle maker, the smallest fire pit in the industry from an outdoor brand from Takashima, Biwa trout hittomabushi, the jewel of Lake Biwa, metasequoia brownie cake, and many other unique products. NISHITANIDO MISO STEW
京都の老舗西谷堂の京都野菜の味噌煮込みのパッケージデザインです。シルバーのパウチでは味気ないので味噌桶に漬かった中身が一目でわかるパッケージとしました。白味噌と赤味噌があります。This is the package design for Nishitanido's Kyoto vegetable miso stew. A silver pouch would be bland, so we designed a package that allows you to see at a glance what's inside the miso tub. There are white miso and red miso.

KOKA Cardboard Box
滋賀県甲賀市の段ボールのデザインです。甲賀市の市章の２色を使用し、忍者テーマで手裏剣のモノグラムを配置し、市章デザインもあしらっています。ふるさと納税返礼品を送るのに使用されたりしています。This is a cardboard design for Koka City, Shiga Prefecture. It uses the two colors of the Koka city emblem, and has a ninja theme with a shuriken monogram and the city emblem design. It is sometimes used to send tax returns from hometowns.

BtoBばかりで商品開発をしたことがない企業や、事業で出る廃棄物をどうにかしたい。今までのスタイルに行き詰まりを感じている企業、これからの後継者のために新しく事業を立ち上げたい。
様々なお悩みを商品開発という軸で解決してゆくプロジェクトを2025年4月より行なってきました。
私がいなくなった後も、事業者が自律的に商品を開発して行けることを目指しながら、伴走をしますが、自走を促すためにやっています。

Honest Vegetables
小林ファームのPOP看板を作成しました。誠実な野菜作りをされている農家の良さを素朴な木製看板にしました。We created a POP signboard for Kobayashi Farm. We made a rustic wooden sign to show the goodness of a farmer who grows vegetables with sincerity.

Miso soup with Seta shijimi
琵琶湖のセタシジミを使ったインスタントの味噌汁です。しじみの殻をデザインとして使いました。高級なしじみなので金色にしています。This instant miso soup is made with Lake Biwa's seta shijimi clam. We used the shells of shijimi clam as a design. The color is gold because of the high quality shijimi clam.

国際観光政策研究所のロゴデザインです。CとTを組み合わせて地球のように見せています。Logo design for the Institute for Cosmopolitan Tourism R&D, combining the C and the T to look like the earth.

NORIKAU OGAWA/KENZO OGAWA
陶芸家 小川顕三氏と小川記一氏のブランドディレクションを担当しました。
陶芸家のお二人に対し、まず、作品から印象を得た二色のコンセプトカラーを設定しました。
その二色を、名刺から、リーフレット、ホームページに至るまで、対比的に使用することで、お互いを引き立てあうように計画しました。

NAGAHAMA GENPACHI RUSK
長浜市にあるパン屋ポムドテールの源八ラスクのデザインです。パン職人こだわりの生地から作るラスク。種類も多いですが最小限の資材で対応できるシステムを作りました。ギフトボックスはパンの形をしています。This is a design of Genpachi rusk from bakery Pomme de Terre in Nagahama, Shiga Prefecture. These rusks are made from dough with the baker's special care. There are many different flavors, but we have created a system that can handle a minimum amount of packaging materials. The gift box is in the shape of a loaf of bread.

AYU PORRIDGE
あゆ雑炊のパッケージデザインです。あゆのひらきを使い、レンジアップご飯で手間要らずで簡単に雑炊が作れるように開発されました。鉄鍋に木の蓋をデザインモチーフとし、レトルトご飯と、だし汁を隙間なくホールド可能なパッケージに逆台形型の箱としました。一枚のシートから立体になるデザインです。青い紙に金印刷でローコストに制作しました。
This is the package design of Ayu Porridge. It was developed to make Zosui (rice porridge) easily and hassle-free with microwaved rice using Ayu flounder. The design motif is an iron pot with a wooden lid, and the package is an inverted trapezoid-shaped box that can hold retort rice and the broth without gaps. The design is three-dimensional from a single sheet. Gold printing on blue paper was used for low-cost production.

Golden Sesami AYU
金ごまあゆは、琵琶湖産の小鮎の佃煮に、ごまをまぶした商品です。ご飯にのせたりして食べると美味しいのでその姿をパッケージデザインとしました。Golden Sesami Ayu is a tsukudani, a small sweetfish from Lake Biwa, sprinkled with sesame seeds. It is delicious when eaten over rice, so we designed the package to look like that.
