京都の老舗西谷堂の京都野菜の味噌煮込みのパッケージデザインです。シルバーのパウチでは味気ないので味噌桶に漬かった中身が一目でわかるパッケージとしました。白味噌と赤味噌があります。This is the package design for Nishitanido's Kyoto vegetable miso stew. A silver pouch would be bland, so we designed a package that allows you to see at a glance what's inside the miso tub. There are white miso and red miso.

日本最高積雪記録はどこでしょう？意外にも関西、滋賀県の米原市にある伊吹山です。その記録は11m82cmと実は世界一の記録でもあります。 実際に滋賀県北部に住んでいると、冬は北風がとても強いです。福井県の若狭湾からの雪雲を遮る山が低く、伊吹山にぶち当たるということです。 最近、隣の彦根市でも60年ぶりの大雪を記録しました。滋賀県の意外な姿ということで「どこの山だろう？」と気になるポスターをデザインしました。 Where is the record for the highest snowfall in Japan? Surprisingly, it is Mt. Ibuki in Maibara City, Shiga Prefecture, Kansai. Its record is 11m82cm, which is actually the highest record in the world. In fact, living in the northern part of Shiga Prefecture, the north wind is very strong in winter. This means that the mountains are low enough to block the snow clouds from Wakasa Bay in Fukui Prefecture and hit Mt. Ibuki. Recently, the neighboring city of Hikone also recorded its heaviest snowfall in 60 years. 今年で８回目を迎える滋賀県高島市の「ええもの」を集めたコンテスト「高島ええものグランプリ」のリニューアルブランディングに関わりました。 受賞者は「センスがええ」ということで、トロフィー代わりに高島扇子が贈呈されました。 最高金賞に選ばれたのは、とも栄さんの「ふなずしxベイクド羊羹」の”ふなチー”です。 滋賀の人って、本当に鮒寿司を美味しくすることに執念を燃やしています！これが鮒寿司なの？っていうくらい美味しいもの沢山あります。これも、チーズ不使用なのに濃厚チーズケーキそのもので、審査員絶賛でした。 他にも金賞の発酵ドルチェ米シュワグルトも鮒寿司を作る際の飯から作られたヨーグルトです。 その他の金賞には、和ろうそくの大與さんは有名ですが、高島発アウトドアブランドの業界最小クラスの焚火台や、琵琶湖の宝石と呼ばれるビワマスひつまぶし、メタセコイアのブラウニーケーキなど、ユニークな商品が揃いました。 審査委員長も近年稀に見るハイレベルとおっしゃっていました。 We were involved in the renewal branding of the contest that featured "ehimono" (good things) from Takashima City, Shiga Prefecture, which is now in its 8th year. 屋島山頂の各店舗に統一的な暖簾、日除け幕を設置し、販売用の手ぬぐい、バッジも制作しました。それらは伝統工芸「讃岐のり染め」の大川原染色本舗さんに制作いただいたものです。 屋島のノスタルジックで少し寂れたイメージに合いつつも、モダンと和を併せ持ったイメージです。青色階調の差を生かした背景色と、 台形のシンボル形体の組み合わせで考えたものです。 メインモチーフの台形は屋島をシンボリックに力強く表現したもので、伝統建築の反り屋根のようでもあります。カーブをつける ことで和の印象を強めています。単体でも反復の繰り返しでも、様々な媒体などに展開されてゆくイメージで、強く柔軟に様々な ものに展開できるデザインとなっています。 背景は、「屋島をひらく」のブランドステートメントに呼応する舞台幕が開かれるようなイメージです。 この１０年にわたる高松市の尽力により高松市屋島地区が、全国の優れた都市景観の事例を表彰する「都市景観大賞」で、大賞の国土交通大臣賞に選ばれました。香川県内では初の大賞受賞だそうです。 We set up a unified curtain and sunshade at each store on the top of Mt. Yashima, and also produced tenugui hand towels and badges for sales. These were produced by Okawahara Dyeing Honpo, a traditional craftsman of "Sanuki Nori Dyeing". The image of Yashima is nostalgic and a little desolate, yet modern and Japanese at the same time. The background color is a combination of different shades of blue and the trapezoidal shape of the symbol. The Yashima district of Takamatsu City was selected for the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Award, the grand prize of the Urban Landscape Awards, which recognize outstanding examples of urban landscapes from across Japan. This is the first time that an area in Kagawa Prefecture has won the grand prize.

和た与のCI と包装紙のリニューアルデザインです。竹の皮に包まれた羊羹を開いた瞬間の形をグラフィックパターンとして包装紙に散りばめました。複数のサイズを作ることになっていた包装紙はサイズによって柄のパターンを変えて楽しいものにしています。This is a renewal design of Wata-yo's CI and wrapping paper. The graphic pattern of the shape of a yokan wrapped in a bamboo skin at the moment it is opened is scattered on the wrapping paper. The wrapping paper, which was to be made in multiple sizes, has a different pattern for each size to make it fun.

オニツカタイガーヨーロッパのインスタレーションデザインです。オニツカの靴のデザインを含んだ様々な紙の蝶。それらが集合して靴の形になっています。お客さんはこの蝶を持って帰ることができます。補充するのは異なる色の蝶です。常に色が変わりますが、最後は真っ白になりマークも消えます。Onitsuka Tiger Europe installation design. Various paper butterflies containing Onitsuka shoe designs. The butterflies are assembled to form the shape of a shoe. Customers can take these butterflies home with them. Replenishing the butterflies are butterflies of different colors. The shoe constantly changes color, but at the end it becomes pure white and the mark disappears.

香港で開催のドラえもん展に出展した作品です。ドラえもんは引き出しから登場して様々な夢を叶えてくれました。そんな自分の大切な夢や品物を入れておく大切な引き出しです。This work was exhibited at the Doraemon exhibition in Hong Kong. Doraemon appeared from a drawer and made various dreams come true. This is an important drawer where I keep my precious dreams and items.

近江八幡丁稚羊羹の老舗「和た与」の丁稚羊羹のパッケージデザインです。シンプルながら老舗の羊羹らしく伝統と新しさを融合させたデザインとしています。This is the package design of "Wata-yo", a long-established Omi-Hachiman Decchi-Yokan. The design is simple, but it is a fusion of tradition and novelty, as if it is a yokan made by a long-established store.

FLOCKは群を意味します。信楽焼の陶器で作られた箸置きやブローチなどのブランディングデザインとネーミングです。商品数がとても多く、動物や植物など生物が多くを占めているので群と名付けました。FLOCK means flock. It is a branding design and naming of chopstick rests and brooches made of Shigaraki ware pottery. We named it "Flock" because there are so many products and many of them are creatures such as animals and plants.
